Final State Examinations

Information on Final State Examinations

The final state examinations consist of two parts - the professional final state examination and the defence of the final thesis. Both parts of the exam may be taken on the same day or on different dates.

Regulations for the Final State Examinations Directives

The organization and course of the Final State Examinations are governed by the Final State Examinations Directive, the Directive on the Supervision, Development, and Publication of Final Theses at the College of Polytechnics Jihlava, and the Study and Examination Regulations of the College of Polytechnics Jihlava. All documents can be downloaded from the Information System IS.

Final State Examinations Topics

The topics for individual state examination subjects are available for download on this page. In the bachelor's study programme, students draw one topic from each subject, i.e. a total of four questions. In the master's study programme, students draw one case study.

The schedule for Final State Examinations is based on the schedule of the given academic year. The current schedule for this semester is available for downloaded on this page.

Professional State Final Examination - Bachelor's Programme

The Final State Examination for the bachelor's programme consists of the following subject areas:

Law (Introduction to Legal Theory and Practice I-III, Fundamentals of Health Care Legislation)

Social Policy (Social Policy I, II)

Theory, Methods, and Techniques of Social Work (Theory of Social Work, Methods and Techniques of Social Work)

Clinical Disciplines (Selected Chapters from Internal Medicine, Surgery, Neurology, Pediatrics, Basics of Psychiatry and Psychopathology, Social Gerontology and Geriatrics, Nursing Theory).

Professional State Final Examination - Follow-Up Master's Programme
